bigtail kitchen - chapter one

getting warm

did shopping after work... and prepared dinner for my beloved family tonight...

started off with shopping...

wash and dry...

preparing ingredients...marinate chicken thighs with garlic, lemon, honey, salt & pepper...

wash the rice...

ready to bake...

frying broccoli...

done!

it looks okay... but it tastes awful... esp the chicken, it's basically tasteless... am really upset... trust me i used made it really nicely... i dunno... probably too little marinate since i didn't cook for a long time... plus the chilled chicken thighs have a really really strong refrigerator odour... mochung and yingyingbird's faces were exactly those of ronald cheng and edmond leung in the beauty kitchen... the only difference being i'm not a beauty...
