amy started her annual leave yesterday... my home is bound to be chaotic for the coming weeks... nobody to do cleaning washing ironing cooking nor bathing for the three yings... though momochung is back, it won't help... he'll only create more work for the maid... more clothes to wash and more beds to tidy...

starting today... i'll run my bigtail kitchen every postcall day... though i'm supposed to be the busy doctor who works >70 hours a week... i'm the earliest person who finishes work here... remember the days in england when i did shopping and cooking after school... it's okay to do anything with the oven/steamer... once it go to frying pan that it's difficult for me to control... am looking for more easy-to-cook and nice recipes...
