inbox overloaded

i'm not working on such a nice day, finally...

have been quite busy... just returned from heaven geriatrics to semi-hell internal medicine... am in this unique position where i have half male and half female patients, yes, half-half of each sex is a strange arrangement... because of that, i have two seniors and a total of 5 service grand rounds per week... not to mention clinics and endless interviews with patients' relatives... my schedule is designed in a way that manpower is "fully" optimized... there's one very objective index of my workload... i had literally no time to check email so much so my email account was closed for the very first time! though the size of mailbox is small, i managed to clear the trash regularly, even during vacation leaves... all these, together with considerable amount of mails, some of them irrelevant, my mailbox is finally overloaded...
