am on call right now... am very envious that cata has paul to shadow her call while i'm working alone and my intern is nowhere to be seen... how comes there's such a handsome nice hard working chap on this planet and he's not in my department???

the golden ying has given up his number bearing my name and bday because we need to get things ready for the new blue ying... i was a bit sorry about that... am happier knowing that the golden got a luvly new number beginning with MM...

am seriously thinking about picking up my tennis racket again... i have been completely exercise-free since graduation... remember the days when i was proudly elected a prefect in school... i promised myself not to eat in classrooms because i was the one to catch those who did... having been MO for 6 weeks now... i have asked dozens of hyperlipidaemic patients to exercise... i feel a bit of shame each time i nagged them about it and thought "no time" it's only their excuses ... yet i've been using the same excuse for 15 months...
