long weekend

hurrah... off since friday pm... free from work for complete 2.5 days... very very happy... i'm treating it as a mini holiday... i'm gonna read read and read this weekend since i'm suffering from severe knowledge deficiency... my senior must be thinking i'm so bad since i literally cannot answer ANYTHING he asks... haha

on call yesterday... a patient had a tension pneumothorax right in front of me... SpO2 rapidly falling down to 70% within minutes... very scary... inserted a chest drain and it rose back to 97% within 10 seconds... i finally understand what it meant when i was taught about this tension pneumo business... so dramatic... wah very ying very happy...
