merry xmas

merry christmas love...

the silent night of labour ward is not silent at all... a dozen of babies hurried to planet earth for their first xmas gifts... many big babies... half a dozen of induction and half of them ended up in Caesarean... i'm pretty happy though.. looking forward to the parties later...

me initiated this xmas gathering in the MO room tonight... six of us oncall doctors gathered and we had pizza and chicken wings... i made this salad and apparently they liked it... we had a happy time chatting... very happy for an oncall night...

me worked with prof lao this week... think he had successfully impressed upon me that OG is not something simple at all... and i'm convinced that it kind of has the beauties of both medicine and surgery... ie there is the thinking bits and the hands on bits... for a minute i thought perhaps i should do OG... it's definitely gone up in my list... isn't it amazing... for many times i'm amazed with things... and there're always someone who'll show me what i want to see... me delighted that i'm exposed to this part of OG... pity i worked with him too late in the rotation... if i was the high risk team intern i may really put it as the first choice...
