driven mad

three things happened which drove me mad today...

1. day one twh... already picked up what i have to do before i am oriented... transition from urology to HBP is scary... i had 18 beds and usually less patients to look after in qmh... here nearly 30% surgical beds are HBP beds, always fully occupied... not to mention the high turnover rate... i also cover UGI, ESO and neurosurgery beds... o dear... today i had senior round at 1800 and didn't leave until 2130... bad, very bad...

2. yingyingbird went to the hong kong wetland park for business today... guess what... he saw a bigbig squirrel soft toy in the souvenir shop... can you believe he didn't get me that squirrel!!? very cruel... ai... i thought i wouldn't want more squirrels... but i think yyb should get me that one... anyone going to the park please let me know... please...

3. learnt about this online polling about public washroom from the news... there's a man who's speaking in a press conference kind of setting... and the caption wrotes "chairman, hong kong toilet association"... what... hong kong toilet association??? can't think of anything more queer, seriously...
