happy mother's day

mum's in beijing... the weekend's spent as if it's father's day...

tested the new lexus IS with yingying bird yesterday... it's the first time i've ever tested any car actually... now that everyone's got a job... people talk about which car to buy... the lexus is good... just perfect in every aspect for an ordinary car... nothing really special... but then it's just right... like it's the right car for people like me... though i'd love a b-class... but b-class is not quite worth the money... haven't decided whether i'll get it... i really have some sentiments towards my golden-ying... plus i don't think i need a new one yet... so still not decided... perhaps should see more cars first... since there're more new cars to come...

today i had brunch with dad at brown... perfect food... had the nicest cream of celery soup ever... then home and watched two movies... there's this film called "if only"... very sweet and touching... i highly recommend...
